APC Chairman Celebrates Oluremi Tinubu At 66, Hails Humanitarian Contributions
The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof Nentawe Yilwatda, has felicitated the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on her 66th birthday, commending her contributions to humanity and her interventions in the lives of vulnerable Nigerians.
Yilwatda, in a birthday message issued on behalf of the APC National Working Committee (NWC), leaders and millions of members of the party, described the First Lady as a compassionate woman whose commitment to service had impacted Nigerians across political, ethnic, religious and geographical divides.
The APC chairman said Senator Oluremi Tinubu had distinguished herself through her humanitarian interventions, particularly under the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), which he said had focused on critical areas including education, healthcare, women and youth empowerment, as well as support for vulnerable citizens.
According to him, the First Lady’s interventions have demonstrated that leadership is fundamentally about restoring dignity, rekindling hope and giving citizens confidence in a better future.
He described her as “a true mother of the nation,” adding that her acts of kindness and commitment to humanity had made her a source of comfort and inspiration to many Nigerians.
Yilwatda also commended the First Lady for her support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the administration navigates the challenges associated with economic transformation and national renewal.
He said her strength, wisdom, prayers and understanding had remained an important pillar of support to the president in the discharge of the enormous responsibilities of governance.
“Your partnership exemplifies the power of shared purpose in the service of a nation,” the APC chairman said.
Yilwatda prayed that Almighty God would continue to strengthen and preserve the First Lady, while granting her abundant health, wisdom, grace and renewed energy to continue serving humanity.
He also prayed for continued blessings upon her family and her union with the president, as well as greater fulfilment in the years ahead.
“Happy 66th birthday, Your Excellency. May your life continue to be a blessing to Nigeria and humanity,” he stated.
