NAIC Announces Resumption Of Work Tomorrow After Tuesday’s Fire Outbreak

The Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation (NAIC) wishes to inform its esteemed customers, partners, tenants and members of the public that normal business operations will resume tomorrow, Thursday, March 5, 2026, at its Corporate Headquarters in Abuja.

This follows the fire outbreak that occurred on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the Corporation’s Head Office building which necessitated the temporary suspension of activities in and around the premises to ensure the safety of occupants and the security of properties within the facility.

Emergency responders from the Federal Fire Service promptly arrived at the scene and successfully contained the fire, preventing further damage and ensuring that the situation was brought under control.

In the immediate aftermath of the incident, management undertook comprehensive safety assessments and necessary precautionary measures to guarantee a secure working environment for staff, tenants and visitors before reopening the premises.

The Corporation appreciates the swift response of the fire service and expresses gratitude to its customers and stakeholders for their patience, understanding and continued support during the temporary disruption.
