Tinubu Replaces PenCom DG With Omolola Oloworaran
The nation’s president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appoints Mrs Omolola Bridget Oloworaran as a replacement of the current director general of the National Pension Commission (PenCom), Mrs. Aisha Dahir-Umar.
This is part of a new appointment into key federal government agencies.
Ms. Oloworaran is a finance and banking expert with many years of experience.
The appointment is, however, subject to the confirmation of the Nigerian Senate.
The President, in a statement by his spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale, “anticipates a goal-oriented leadership to drive efficiency and superlative performance in the National Pension Commission as the prime regulator of the Nigerian Pension Industry.”
